69: Research activities with multiple partnerships

Led by UTC-Compiegne, the PREDIT4FACE project involves, within the University Jules Verne, Amiens, the UTC-BMBI and UTC-Roberval, as well as the CHIMERE (UPJV-CHU Amiens, INSERM), LaMcube (Institut Centrale, Lille, CNRS) and LATIM (IMT Atlantique, INSERM) laboratories. The same applies to E‑BIOCARB, which has received €15 million in funding and involves no less than eleven academic partners and research organisations, including UTC-TIMR. At UTC-GEC, the ‘Squale’ project – which aims to replace squalene derived from shark liver with squalene from amaranth – and the ‘PaCha’ IRP – the assigned objective of which is to develop a climate-resilient variety of rice – are being carried out in partnership with INRAE for the former, the Montpellier Institute of Plant Sciences (IPSiM) and the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) for the latter. Finally, this is also the case for the D‑Brake project at UTC-TIMR. This project, dedicated to improving air quality by reducing braking particle emissions, involves CETIM, INERIS and the company Mann+Hummel.
